Radical reconstruction of the President Hotel in the center of Prague into luxurious apartment house with a penthouse in two uppermost levels. Site on the waterfront of Vltava river provides the building with panoramic views not only on the closer neighbourhood of Prague Old Town but the city skyline with Prague Castle as well.
